At this time, our firm is no longer taking new cases for representation in Immigration Court or
before the Board of Immigration Appeals. However, we can assist with preparing applications,
evidence submissions, drafting motions, changing address, requests for
Prosecutorial Discretion, Stay of Removal, etc.
Due to the specialized knowledge and skills required, our firm does not handle H1Bs / PERM or
federal litigation. We would recommend finding an immigration firm whose practice focuses on
employment immigration or federal litigation to meet those needs.
